I suggest Joe Namath. He is only 250k, has the best release in the game, 93 speed, and gets all 3 abilities.

Thank you I think im gonna try rolling with hrm and escape. Leave off the pass lead for some extra ap. If not I'll take off escape artist and add the ple.
