The set can only be done once and takes a lot of time and pieces. The ones that were pre-built were sold quickly. Many people will keep the one they build (which I myself have done). So, very limited supply and high demand.

Yep, D0KTRG is right on. You want to accumulate the tokens by using cards you get to put in there. completing a 97 might be too expensive but you can just get the set requirments over time if you don't have enough coins.
