Yes, they are.. but they apparently took the TVPs off as well..... Im sure that will keep those prices high....

It was planned for TVPs to be removed today. There was a countdown timer on the pack. The prices will definitely stay higher for a bit since pack odds for redux have been awful all year when the TVP isn't in the game.
