I have only 100k and don’t really know where to upgrade. Any feedback would truly be helpful.

only 100k won't get you very far. Right now with 100k you can buy 1 93 overall card which isn't really even an upgrade for you. Do all the BHM challenges and missions, when you put those players in your lineup they boost each other and are good players with good abilities for free. especially boldin, and cam jordan
