So I came home from work and wanted to just play some mut challenges and the game loaded with no mut logo so I figure must be renovating. After waiting 3 hours I still get the same screen so looked it up and found out people get banned. Sure enough I get an email that I got banned for coin distribution on a pc? 

First off I'm on a ps4 secondly if anyone seen my team and my coin count would think everyone playing this game is apparently distributing coins. I run a 100% colts theme team and my coin count when took down was at 25,000 .

So I contacted EA Sports and they have to investigate this and this can take 6-8 weeks then told me that there is no guarantee I get the same team I have back even if I am found innocent.

WTF? So first off I don't and never have distributed coins and I have never bought coins from outside vendors. 

So what experience has anyone else had with this and what can I expect? 

Seriously working a 40 hour job and my gameplay is just enough to complete the daily objectives.

First things first, I agree with you that EA banning people is one of the most sinister things they do. They need to implement a new system so theres no average players being swept up in the crossfires of their ban waves. even those who break TOS rules or infractions… should be given a better solution than account ban. They really need to prioritize better what they do to “fix” the game…

But honestly if you didn’t have much going on your team, just make a new account and start over 🤷

I got banned at the start of the year took 3 weeks, countless conversations with "EA Help" which always went no where, then right when I was about to give up I got an email stating I was unbanned. 

Unless ur someone with a voice e.g. big youtuber or a known comp player ur treating like garbage. Its unfortunate.

I could start a new account but for me it's principal. If you do somethin wrong or make a mistak then own up to it. All I want is to be unmanned and have the team I played hard for to get with what littl time I have for enjoyment.

 I played the game without any wrong doing. If EA can't fix the issue and resolve their mistakes for people like me that play the game and do nothing wrong then I don't want to come back to a broken systemand a company not willing to do right by the consumer.

To me that's just wrong. Companies need to treat consumers better. If people do things that is a No No to terms or policies and you can prove it without a shadow of a doubt then ban them.  But if your bans are based on an algorithm then those need to be looked into immediately and really looked into. 

If they can't or won't resolve the issue then their loss as I won't bother to purchase the game every again.  Sad if more people stood by principles and stopped playing that were done wrong then the system might get fixed but unfortunately that will never happen.
