Hey there! Going to suggest the following.

1. 96 Champ Bailey 400k - Your DB's are a bit outdated and this Champ would help with that. You can throw Deep Out Zone or Deep Route KO on him depending on your scheme
2. 96 Chris Olave 400k  - huge upgrade over Biletnikoff and gets Short In Elite for 0 AP.

hey boss thanks 🙏 for the tips I mostly run cover 4 and mix in a lil cover 1 hole and for offense i run alternate pass balanced playbook

Up to you. If you're in Cover 4 a lot you can get away with Safeties at CB (by subbing them in). I don’t think it's necessary though unless you want a a certain ability stack.
