I can't stop the run on ps4 from every formation I've tried, anyone have a formation and adjustments that work?

I've tried everything in multiple playbooks from nickel 2-4, 4-6,3-4, 4-3 and even goaline don't seem to work. 

I know people say to shoot gaps but those outside runs just won't let me in anywhere. 

I would live for some help, maybe a formation and the adjustments you make to it to stop mainly the outside runs but also inside runs with lead blockers.

get better personnel for the run..

DTs, LBs with block shed, power and agility.

then learn how to beat blockers with your user

And formation in 3-4 does well for me. Try 3-4 over or 3-4 under. Doing run commit tho, don’t wanna get hit over top deep
