Obviously my current holes are TE and DT unless I switch to a 3-3 scheme or something and possibly FS but, wondering best how to allocate 1M between everything

I'd get at least 1 WR with a discounted route tech whether its Biletnikoff from the field pass or Olave is the cheapest one right now, 1 DT is more than enough. Make sure you do field pass objectives to get the free gronk. I haven't heard good things about Tua so you could try to upgrade him, if mobility isn't important Joe Flacco gets great abilities and has slinger 1. If mobility is important to you Cunningham also good abilities with A+ speed. depending on you defensive strategy items i don't think sean taylor meets the 90+ Man coverage threshold so I'd probably replace him next.
