Route Tree is great on offense and then on defense, Ball Hawk or Man 2 Man.

I think Ball Hawk is the best on defense. I use slot as the 2nd chem for a +1 zcv

Over the top/slot specialist 

gotta pay attention to the secondary boost you get with each one of those as well. Under equippables.

If you’re after an overall boost I’d consider Deep Route Specialist and Slot Specialist. Made the most difference in my very limited testing.

I've had a lot of success using Let It Rip and In The Zone, the first two that were introduced (I think, anyway), although I have considered doing some research into which of the new ones could replace Let It Rip.

It really depends on what you want, Because me personally I use golden o line and golden hybird,only because I run zone a lot in madden so mlbs,ss,fs and stuff like that needs to be upgraded for me

Over the top  w/  route tree applies +1 SRR to all WR/TE  as the secondary.

Slot Specialist w/ lead block(the arrows) adds +1 PBP to all O Linemen.

I also run 40/40 Legends for 2 str/ 2 jmp/ 2 agg/ 1 acc/ 1

I highly suggest testing out dif c_ards though so you can get a feel for what they do and if they help your play style.  Good Luck!_

Offense: I currently have Let It Rip, but am thinking about Over the Top or Iron Wall (although I have the feeling that Oline quality is more dominated by abilities instead of stats).

Defense: I run a lot of man coverage so I have Man2Man to have all my corners up to 99 MCV. I am considering moving to Slot Specialist with "Lock" chemistry though, to get my safeties zone coverage up.
