If you have Gronk powered all the way up, don't use him at FB. Put him at TE where he belongs. I know some people tell players to put Gronk at FB, but you're not going to get as much use out of him there.
I would do the Campus Heroes II set for BND. Get some linebackers. Bruce Irving is great. He gets ROLB secondary chem and is a 94 there. Danielle Hunter is an incredible pass rusher and would be a lot more effective than Payne. Maybe replace Hufanga with Taylor Rapp (I don't know your scheme, but if you run Man Coverage Hufanga is a bit of a liability).
As for QB, 93 Aaron Rodgers is still a great option and is fairly cheap... but I would wait to get him until after TVPs leave and he drops in price.
