What positions in the lineup make up the Kickoff coverage team?

My guys seems very slow to get down on kickoffs, so looking to add some faster guys at those positions.  I assume that it is mostly backups, but unsure exactly which positions make up those 11 players.

Put fast big hitters at backup linebackers.  Mlb#3,4 and Rolb/Lolb’s #2.  Think LT or Clay Mathews.  I’m loving a legend tt boosted free Carl Banks right now.  These guys are first to the ball carrier. 
 Personally, I take the first guy and dive him into the dual blockers and quickly change to next guy and line up the hit stick.  Works 80-85% of time getting the hit stick.

Thank you for your reply.  Funny you should mention Carl Banks, because that is when I really noticed the drop off, when I moved him to LOLB #1, and he is no longer on the Kickoff coverage team.   I will definitely make some changes to those backup spots.
