EA Case Marked "Fixed" But Still No Makerights

Feels like everything is an uphill battle just to be able to play the game and get what I'm supposed to in Madden 23. (this is a bit of a rant)

I've opened two cases about the makerights for the lockout glitch that I was supposed to receive after three weeks of being barred from access to MUT. Both times the advisor simply said that the makerights were still rolling out. After five days, still nothing. My most recent case was marked as "fixed" on Sunday, so I logged onto MUT expecting the makerights to be there. Nope. Nothing. *sigh*

By the time I get the makerights (if I ever do get them) the players may not even be usable.
