I just started the game recently and have a 93 ovr team with a decent bit of valuable cards, should I sell now and buy it back once  tvp leaves?

It could payoff unless they are planning to drop another long term Tvp. Just use caution and maybe pick and choose what you think is profitable

I would, they'll take TVPs out for a week at most until they release 97s(possibly even this week). then they can redux the 96s on the weekend and have another long term pack in store.
