Is Man or Zone Defense better?

I’m curious what everyone is running out there. I’m running into a mix of both styles of defenses.

I’ve been running DB Fire out of Dollar for the longest time with Deep Out Zone KOs everywhere. But, I’m starting to feel like my Zone KOs are like 50/50 now. I can’t count the amount of times they’ve lit up and touched the receiver but the receiver still catches the ball.

I’m thinking out switching over to Man defense with Deep & Mid KOs everywhere. I’ve gone against it quite a few times recently, and it‘s honestly a pain in the rear to beat lol.

I mix up my defense pretty much 50/50 man/ zone. Man is probably still better but it is just easier to beat if you know it is coming every single time. Tone of routes get open versus man and it is susceptible to giving up the big play. Myou go to play right now if I'm not sure if my opponent will run or pass is man cover 2. Any formation is fine, I try match with the personel my opponent has out there. Press if desired and shade accordingly. I helps knowing you have help over the top. You just have to hope for a pass rush out of 4 guys.
