Got a late start this year so this has probably been discussed, but I'm not seeing XP from H2H, solos, etc., other than from the levels of the various passes. Did EA do this intentionally? Am I just missing something? Seems stupid, honestly.

so EA this year made it where you no longer get xp from winning solos or h2h games and they have the field passes set where every set amount of games you win same goes for solo battles and then you can get xp from certain stats like passing for a certain number of yards

Thanks, that's what I figured. Makes the game feel WAAAAY more grindy, IMO.

Thats the point, so you cant spend a weekend leveling to 50 and then not playing. They want more time engagement.

I can buy that, but what's my incentive to play solos that aren't tied to a pass or play H2H when I've maxed out the comp pass? Rewards suck so it's not usually for those. It used to be for XP... Now I just don't play solos. And if I'm too far from a level or something I just turn the game off instead of playing a couple more like I used to.

Yeah thats the downside.
They can tie rewards to it but it just gatekeeps until there is enough time to go through. Thats why I just do everything I can and by the time the second program pass comes I can finish the season and play other games.

Ah, yeah, that makes sense. I only play Madden, sadly.
