Really need something that counters a person who runs cover 4 and deep out zone KO on all of it's secondary
Run the ball, throw short to intermediate routes less than 20 yards from the line of scrimmage, and only throw deep routes over the middle of the field (inside the hash marks).

This right here. Run the ball. Also flood concepts work great. The streak will occupy the the deep CB, then the other guys has to cover the corner or the flat. Dont be scared to take the short stuff in the flats. I played a guy this weekend who would not adjust, every throw I made was less than 5 yards from the line a scrimmage. Scored a TD every time. Not exciting but it gets Ws. Most players eventually will have to get out of cover 4. If you insist on trying to bomb this deep make sure you have Cheetah, I feel like his xfactor helps him hang on to the ball against knock outs.

I completely agree. As with almost any defense that gives you trouble, you need to know when to take what they're giving you instead of forcing something. Cheetah is the perfect player against cover 4 since he can stretch the field.
I'd also recommend running some shallow crossers (drags, slants, etc.) with a short post (think the HRM slot/TE post) that make the user make a decision, but keep your receivers short of the 2 safeties.
