You can fire through them all on 1-star rookie difficulty to speed things up. All you need to do is unlock each players 3rd challenge and then 1-star that 3rd one for the AKA token.

During the first set of AKA cards, I waited until the last release to grind out the solos and it took me every bit of 3 hours to finish them.
They're annoying, but at least if you do the few each week they come out, it'll make the grind a lot less of a headache.
