Need help building legends TT

Hi, I really want to build a 40/40 legends tt, but I am not good at building teams. I desperatly need help.

Only non-BND is byars, which isnt extrodinary so I wouldnt mind downgrading.

I have around 1.7 million but want to stay above 500k realistically.
