I would do a ZC 95 master and select all oline, that will give you 5 92s across the online, you will need to play one of the LTs OOP at RT but that is ok, you will get some 0ap abilities too out of those guys. Sell the master you build to recoup most of the cost of the set.
After that, build a CH 96 and same thing, you get back 5 93s, you can target defense with those guys and get a CB, RE, LE, DT, and LB or whatever combo you like, they all have solid stats, especially speed which is always key. If you want, you can even select a WR, TE and HB to get 93s in those spots.
Basically, I'm a big fan of building up a team like yours via the BND returns, with 1.2 million you could probably build 4 masters easily and with reselling them I wouldn't be surprised if you were able to upgrade your team with 20 92/93s and still have 500K or more in coins left at the end of it all allowing you to build back up your stack while playing with a more solid team.
