What types of cards should I be investing in as buy low targets with the market down so much? (Currently 2.94 Training)

Best bet is to buy cards that are at the lowest training ratio right now and hold until TVP comes back or a new re-roll bumps training prices back up. Then you can either sell the cards or QS and roll for cheap/possibly profit.

I think the market is gonna stay this price or go lower than come back to this price at the highest when TVP comes back

I think it goes down even farther. Once CH2 LTDs are out of packs, no reason to rip those CH2 training packs. If people get the make rights from presents and the legends are good tomorrow, we could see TP under 2.

EA is going to set the training ratio at whatever they want it at when they release TVP again. No one knows when that will be and what that ratio will be so it's guesswork until then. Just like with any investments there's always a chance you could lose but a 2-3 ratio is already very low relative to previous years.
