Well Allen isnt good for captain wise... Get someone with 90+ speed/man/zone

Captains you should use in this order based on the needs of your team:

Csonka, Adams, Keyshawn, Allen

I.e. if you don't have a great FB,/HB use Csonka, if you do, move down the  list to Adams assuming you need a DT, if not, then Keyshawn is your guy at WR and so on.
