i would say no, those cards are gonna be outdated in a month, and honestly isnt worth imo. You can get all the cards or better/equal cards just by playing the game.
I would focus on TOTW and Legends solos to build up your team quickly, those are generally the quickest to complete and give you so many cards that will be instant upgrades if you are brand new. Plus, some of those legends PUPs you get from the solos are worth a lot of coins so check the price of everything and sell what you don't care about to build your coin stack.
After those, focus on Zero Chill solos and work your way backwards through the promos, i.e. AKA, Harvest, Most Feared, etc until you feel you have a solid base of a team from all the rewards. AKA is a grind but you get a free 94 or 93 depending who you want most.
Do not spend any of your coins until you have completed all the solos you intend to and have all the rewards you can get. After doing that, you can see what gaps you have and then do sets that give back BND cards, like ZC 95 champions that will give you back 5 92 OVR Stocking Stuffers to fill in the gaps on your team.
