You can create one custom team jersey in the settings not sure exactly how but there are YT videos to see how to do it

Customize whatever team jersey you want from main menu - creation center and then save it as the default for either home or away. You can combine any helmet/jersey/pants combo you want.

Its in the Core Elite sets you'll see a set that gives you Playbooks, Stadiums & Uni's and you Pick the Uni pack. Also per the season 4 Field pass, we are getting Uniform packs back so these could be new ATLs/Throwbacks we dont have in-game yet
