Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community,

We wanted to give you all an update on two issues around LTD Stefon Diggs that happened this past week:

LTD Stefon Diggs Store Art (1/27)

On January 27th, the Store art displayed LTD Stefon Diggs was available in packs when the Item wasn't set to release until the next day.
The incorrect Store Art was visible from 11:14-11:18AM ET on January 27th.
Players impacted will be receiving back all packs they purchased during the 11:14-11:18AM ET timeframe.

LTD Stefon Diggs 88+ Playoff Player Training Re-Roll (1/28)

On January 28th, players reported that LTD Stefon Diggs was not available in the 88+ Playoff Player Training Re-Roll.
After investigating, our team addressed this issue at 11:57AM ET on January 28th.
Players who purchased the 88+ Playoff Player Training Re-Roll pack during 10:30-11:57AM ET on January 28th will be receiving the following:
- 2820 Training for each pack purchased that resulted in pulling an 88 OVR Playoff Player to recoup any lost Training while re-rolling.

We will have an update on when impacted players will be addressed on @MaddenNFLDirect later this week.

When did you have to open packs? I opened a lot the day he came out... I also opened a lot 2 nights ago and the day before that

doesnt make sense because those affected possibly used all their training in that specific time period in hopes of diggs and now hes out of pack and given a non guaranteed amount of coins in return.

Kind of crazy when they set the precedent that they were giving NCATs to players who spent the training to get it previously. They probably recognized that loads of people were taking advantage of it though and only bought 1 pack just to say they did it.

But the fact it doesn’t just give you back the full amount of training you spent is kind of weird. Why take the reduction? if you aren’t doing the player just give back the training. Can’t hurt anything.

Also- Has there been any indication since this of when the training will hit or how you will be alerted?
