Has EA acknowledged that presents were lost?

I read a bunch of posts about people losing presents from their unopened packs yesterday.....did EA confirm this or acknowledge? By Tweet or anything?

I know they acknowledged that presents were mis-labeled...but it would suck if people lost their presents because of this

I read that some presents were replaced by other ones? Did that happen?

Just this tweet acknowledging the problem and claiming the fix. Essentially what happened was a few presents were mislabeled (Legends and TOTW were labeled as XL and player presents were labeled as harvest and legends I believe) but were originally opening as what you would've had in your binder.

At some point, EA tried to fix this and ended up changing the packs to what they were labeled as. So if you had a Tom Brady that was labeled as a harvest, it turned into an actual harvest present. And then if you had the TOTW or legends presents labeled as XL, they turned into XLs. So a ton of people got way more XLs than they should've which spit out 92/93+ every time. And if you didn't open your Brady/Carmichael, you lost them.

And some unlucky few are still unable to log in to MUT.

EA Help (#2) acknowledges it is a 'known issue.'

So acknowledgement, but a while before everything is actually fixed is what it seems like... or some things will never get fixed..... bummer

Yep, received 'no fix available' and Case was Closed by EA Help.

I’m gonna be pissed if I don’t have my player presents when I get home Wednesday. I only had 2 No Ag Zone and 1 Unfinished Business, but still, that’s over $1Mil coin if I quicksell. I also purchased 2 of the present bundles so if I get screwed out of my $100 I’ll be livid.

I had two unfinished business cards and two no agg cards and Got one Brady card. I rolled a ton training to get them and expect the cards to be put into my account and NOT some BND make right bs

I didn't open all my present packs yesterday and didn't get Carmichael and Brady from the Player Present 1 & 2.  I didn't open the Harvest packs because it was frustrating and I just quit for the day.  I opened them today and the Harvest packs just gave me Harvest players.  I opened a case with support and after reviewing my account the agent replied with the below info.
