CB dilemma- not sure who to sit/play

I run mostly nickel/dime and a.lot of press Man.

I have Ghost Cro with 96 spd, 95 acc, 97 agi, 99 jump,  99 man, 96 zone, 94 press at 6'2 and inside shade for 2 AP

Ghost Woodson w 96 spd, 94 acc, 96 agi, 98 jump, 97 man, 98 zone 94 press 6'1...w 0 AP pick artist

Calvin CB 95 spd 95 acc 90 agi 99 jump  93 man 97 zone 90 press. But he's 6'5 and has 94 catching w pick artist for 0 AP

I just got Sherman who gets bench press for 1 AP so that's great because I play press man but i woul ld have to use 3 AP to get BP and Pick artist  he's 6'3, 95 speed 93 acc 96 agi 99 jump 97 man and zone, 96 press

I have no idea what 3 CBs to start and who should be in the slot...any suggestions????

My first thought was to sit Calvin or put him at CB4 in case I go quarter or dollar or something where I can get 4 CBs on the field....and use Woodson in the slot... my concern w Sherman is he's under 200 lbs, and his accel is low.  Calvin may be the best of them against the run too
