Defense (as with most aspects of this buggy ass game) depend HIGHLY upon abilities. 

Do you have Mid Zone KOs on all of your pass defenders? That's where I'd start, it's quite possibly the most important or impactful ability on D this year. If you can only choose one KO, always Mid. Corners, Safeties and LBs alike.

Play tons of Cover 4, maybe some Cover 2 if you're getting burned by current (Normal Y Off Close) meta, but be careful, as Tampa 2 is just begging to get burned deep down the sidelines over over top the middle. My advice would be heavy rotation of Cover 4, from whatever formation you prefer.

Thanks, I will do that. Is there any defensive playbooks you recommend that is good?
