I just won the 15 game event, and this was by far the hardest CPU event I’ve done this year. The SB and Genki was so easy where I would run mid blitz and win 3-0 every game. I was winning games 30-27 on game winning drives. I got maybe 5 sacks in the 15 games I played and only a couple of ints. The CPU was breaking tackles and making crazy reads. Anyone else feel this way ?
While I didnt struggle at all it was just very time consuming and annoying more than anything. Yes it was cpu playing at an extreme level but still very managable.I think the last time the event put up a challeng like that was the Josh Jacobs 85ovr unstoppables card. The few left working on the game must be playing beer pong while comming up with this events idea.

I agree, EA gotta chill on the amount of games and difficulty. I only did it for the upgrade tokens, look way too long, and I had to actually pay attention. If Vick didn’t fit my TT, no chances i would ever do this event
Same i only wanted to upgrade vick more or i wouldn't of bothered.

I just need 1 more token to get him to the max level, the dudes a beast. I was still using the ZC LTD Vick before lol

Was that the House Rules where we were down by an increasing amount of points as we progressed and had to rely on causing fumbles versus actuallly scoring? And that we had to fight the CPU chewing clock? Can't remember if that was this year, but I remember beating that by the skin of my teeth. Damn Try Hard Clanker! lol

Yeah, that was this year. And when it was first released, it was broken, on Comp mode. Without being able to force fumbles, it was virtually impossible to get past game seven, and it was impossible to get past game eight.
I'm glad the CPU is more challenging, but I don't like it being at the cost of losing my team's abilities and having my team weakened by drafted players, and on top of that, every ball carrier is nearly impossible to take down.
I don't think I would have beaten Game 7 just now if I hadn't forced a fumble on two separate quarterback keepers. Hurts lost the CPU the game. The machine strung together two clock-chewing drives, and went 7/11 on 3rd down. I had to punt twice, including on the opening drive. Just constant knockouts and corners stuck like glue to everyone. Brutal. Every time I start the next game in this mode, I'm not very confident that I'll actually get the win. And it's getting worse game by game.
It was annoying for sure. Probably all madden comp but I feel like the sliders are tweaked because my players feel significantly slower than the CPU.

The CPU was breaking an insane amount of tackles and making great reads. I agree the CPU players were crazy fast
Even the Run and offline cpu games on all pro arcade difficulty have frustrated me to no end since the patch. The team I spent building since preseason is now a 97 plays horribly. I'm very disappointed in how much they've turned up the sliders on the cpu
I'm going to be that guy and state that I didn't find it that hard at all. Challenging, yes, but I didn't win any game in the sequence by less than 10 points, won each of the final three games by 21 points, and was always ahead comfortably in the fourth quarter.
Just having confidence in what works offensively and defensively and executing.
And yes, in a world of 'pictures or it didn't happen', I have the receipts.
97 OVR team, and mainly used my own players, save for two from the draft.

I still was able to beat it, 94ovr team when I did it. Ik it wa still it terrible but for example with the SB 21 game CPU event, I was able to get sacks on every play and win all those games 3-0. My mid blitz got no pressure at all during this event and something just felt off

Well yeah you spent an hour on each game. I think the frustration is with trying to speed run it and win 3-0 like you can do in 99.9% of CPU games. This one not so much

No dude. I didn't spend thirteen hours total playing this event. If that was meant to be sarcasm, major failure on your part.
With chew clock on after getting ahead, I was done with each game within 20 minutes.
Game 10 right now. Pick-six on CPU's first play from scrimmage. Scoop-six against CPU kickoff return. 3:42 to go in the first quarter. Sometimes the RNG doesn't go against you. But when it does, it's nerve-wracking.
