Why does he even play?

I just faced someone in their superbowl who ran the same defensive play that my o-line just forgot to block on, and he sacked me every time.

Then, on offense he ran the same play every time that always had calvin Johnson wide open deep and his TE wide open short.

I got pick, then only got stopped on offense once. I was up 17-14 at half, and we kept scoring on our drives until Calvin Johnson with conservative on fumbled on the kick off, which lost me the game.

Why do you play the game if you only run the same thing every time? It seems pretty boring to me.

With these incentivized modes, people are going to do whatever it takes to secure the win. You have to understand that going into these games. There’s just too many coins available to expect someone to quit running something if you are struggling to stop it.

You know how you feel grinding Iconoclash? That’s how the cheesers feel about head-to-head. Most of their engagements are quite boring indeed, because ten guys on defense and ten guys on offense will react almost exactly as they did in practice. When you only have to account for one player on each side that may outperform the CPU AI, all of the other inputs become automatic.

Cheesers aren’t even trying. They’re just accumulating coins to buy better teams, stocking the lineup for the instances where they meet someone of their sort, and have to execute their own In-Case-of-Cheese game plan.
