Why do certain cards not get DoN?

I was checking at 97 G. McCoy and he doesn’t get DoN but his 93 version he does? They added Acrobat, Short Route KO and Pick Artist instead? On a DT? Legit makes 0 sense why he doesn’t get DoN if his other cards do.

needs to hit 97 str to get it, and its only in tier 3 buckets or player specific buckets.

the acrobat, SRKO, PA is in a tier 4 bucket

He had 92 STR on his 93 TD and had DoN. His 97 UL only upgraded to 94 STR and no DoN. The math doesn’t work out here.

with the buckets being discounted now he needs to hit 97 str to unlock it

since they werent discounted on his TD card he didnt need 97 to get it, just a tier 3 bucket

yea but he should’ve gotten 97 STR to begin with lol.
