why can my d line not tackle the qb?

Theyre always in the backfield but the QB always manages to break the sack. Any tips?

I'm not sure it's anything you're doing wrong. Do your pass rushers have Secure Tackler? Or Tackle Supreme? Are you using Aggressive tackling setting in coaching adjustments? 

I assume the game is just being inconsistent. Maybe you could try switching on to the defender and execute a diving tackle (Square on PlayStation).

is it happenign against GT vick? he has an ability where the first guy cant sack him. Very OP

i should have secure on them atleast ill double check
