I don't have an answer to this but I just want to say thanks for asking all these questions that I'm too afraid to ask myself lol
All presents star off around the same ranges.
Ltd 400-500k
Champ 175-220k
Hero 60-120k
Ghost presents will probably be the most expensive since there should be lower supply given obliterated 1-2 refreshes with ghosts compared to 3-4 refreshes with zero chill.
If you're trying to max coins you want to sell 1-2 weeks after Xmas when supply has dwindled down.
