I think it's because you don't get the most up to date player drops, heard on one of the streamer youtube channel.

Because it's a bug that EA doesn't care to fix. There should only be one set but there's 2. The "Champ" version doesn't contain newer 99 cards.

Stick with the non champ one. I tried to get Roaf last week in the champion pack and he wasn't there.

Correct- I wanted Roaf, opened the champ set, and of course he wasn’t in there, but I did at least get Fanaca.
