When we get the ring seekers back

Will they all be BND 92 overall? Any opportunity to level up more than 1?

It doesn't mention anything about them being BND, the stocking stuffers set that was similar to this returned them as BND, but it mentioned it in the set description this one doesn't. I'm not sure if you can level up more than 1 though

Does anyone happen to have a full list of the eight (8) total Ring Seekers we'll be needing to build out that set?  At the moment i'm aware of these:

1. John Elway
2. London Fletcher
3. JSN
4. _____

I assume not all cards have been released, but have i missed anything?  All this Ring Seeker nonsense has been so confusing.
