what time does new stuff normally come out?

I normally work on content days but I pulled a few extra shifts so they changed my days off for the week, what time does the new  builders and playoff cards normally drop? I thought it used to be 7:30 pst but I haven't been invested in an ultimate team since m22

As others above have stated. They only do what would be 0720 PT drops for you on Saturdays for Legends nowadays.
