What were you expecting?
The detailed breakdown of the rewards are shown in the TOTY write-up on the main page here at mut.gg. The only rewards from level 1 and level 2 are supposed to be coins. Level 3 is where you can get tokens and Okoye.

Unfortunately I always play with the Eagles TT every year. EA thinks the Eagles only have D linemans to add to the team, all of the best skill players are just the all 32 team chem guys. So getting the TOKENS to add Mike Vick to the team is the most exciting upgrade to the team since December.
So I have no choice but to Enjoy the waste of time and say Yes Please, More Please.
