Trying to unlock Clowney’s TOTW 2/0 frozen bucket. It says achieve 88 strength. When he’s in the line up of my 50/50. TT cowboys he has 88 strength. it still won’t unlock. What am I missing here? I’m sure it’s something obvious. Please advise.

It has to have 88 strength stock on the card, it has always been like that. Boosted ratings don't allow for additional ability unlocks.

Yeah like Crab just said, ability unlocks only matter for a player's stock ratings. Chem boosts and strategy items will not count and unlock new abilities. Only upgrading a card directly and increasing their ratings that way will unlock new abilities that weren't available before.
