I’m not sure if this was asked already in a forum, but i couldn’t find it.

Im trying to pre-plan my coins to get Mel Blount for my Steelers TT. Do we get the OOP back as a BND when we do the set? It doesn’t say it in the set description but i was just wondering since the legends sets did.
