I have done almost all my objectives and challenges and still am not fully maxed out on the pass. So do house rules give you XP. I dont see it the the house rules tab tho.

It’s at the bottom of the pass.
My two were 5 ints and 500 yards offense in HR.

You can also get what you need by doing the daily objectives that actually reset in UK Week 2. They net 1600 UK XP per day.
