I heard the sets to get a gold boarder TOTY champ are glitched and aren’t tracking so they aren’t giving rewards. Is this true?

I did the specialist and honorable mentions sets this morning, they both tracked fine for me and gave me the nine tokens I needed to fully upgrade Vick.

It tracked for me today,I thought it was messed up too,but I didn't know i had to do the honorable mention set.set.after I did thar I got my LTD PACK.PACK.i hope this helps someone.
