Yeah bc the ltds are getting the x3 and they gave x2 on the legend champs the toty champs should be getting x2

They've done this stuff before. Week 1 players get 1x and I bet Week 2 players get 2x. No idea why. Best you can do right now is like 30 TOTY chem with all the cards including limiteds I think.
