does anybody know if you can get both the 20 token set and the 10 token set.
and if you can get players from the first release after the second release comes out from the token sets.

Likely able to do both. There are 7 tokens in the Field Pass and hopefully at least 3 from welcome pack / solos.
If you want part 2 players you have to wait until they are in game to complete the set, but it is random so nothing guaranteed.

From the sound of it you can't get the both AND TJ Watt. You would need at least 1 token for Watt.

Should have been in your welcome pack. Then you can upgrade it using Tokens > Upgrade Tokens in the Set .

You should have gotten a welcome pack with his 87 and an upgrade token. Maybe leave the game and come back in if you didn't get the pack.
