Tight out vs gift wrapped

Why would you use tight out for 1 AP if gift wrapped is also only 1ap?  Any benefit to using them together?

Some abilities are just objectively better than others, but I wouldn’t use either. Gift wrapped was pretty good last year I think but it’s pretty irrelevant now.
