Be careful making adjustments on defense when they go into hurry up.   If you're too slow and you're telling your line to shift when they're in hurry up and quick snapping you're likely to trigger a penalty.

It happens to me when I am in Cub. I have to manually back off my OLBs which doesn’t give me time to make any other adjustments.

im pretty sure the BS offside penalty is the reason a lot of people even run hurry up
