Hi and welcome. First off, OVR ratings DO. NOT. MATTER. Not one single bit. They're essentially meaningless.
Now, on to yer actual question -- what to do? Well, grab a handful of low OVR gold players to fill out empty roster spots with your Bears players, then you may need to add a couple/few "cheat" cards, meaning non-theme team players.
