multiple people (if not everyone) didn't get it because the tracking on the twitch stream was bugged and I was there from 4:15-7:10 and I didn't even get the 20 minute claim

I'm in the same boat...from earlier posts I read it appears EA is / was aware of the situation. Unknown what if anything will be the remedy.
