Why do only a few players have tattoos and not all? Mike Evans being the most obvious in having his in the game.

it’s due to copyright. They have to get permission to show their tats in game from the artist themselves. Also most likely a payment too. A few players like OBJ, Evans, Worthy have done it but a lot of players don’t care too
