Sub LB

Why do people still think it's better to have a safety at sub lb? Don't  linebackers do everything a safety can do plus more? I'd rather have Calvin and Gronk or even Nitschke as a user or playing sub lb than any safety. Lurk Artist, tackle supreme and Mid Zone KO is way better than the stacks most safeties get.

I imagine how different players feel to control is a major factor in this. Even though they have better stacks, some larger LBs feel like they're stuck in quicksand in coverage due to their weight and COD/AGI attributes. Some OOP safeties have this problem as well but most actual safeties don't.

I’ve got the GT Gronk/Calvin combo and their height alone clogs the middle of the field passing lanes Gronk gets good pass bat downs in plays where he is near the line and Calvin gets a decent amount of interceptions

I  have Peppers with UC, LA, TS.  I had Gronk but Peppers just plays better.

dang I had pulled Peppers the other day to but he doesn't have any zone KO's so I sold him. Dudes only going for like 400k too
