I used snow in the store and pulled Winter Architect pack but then when I went to open it I got booted and had to log bakc into Mutt. When I did my snow was gone the player wasnt added and I had no packs, what do i do ?

This should be a team builder, are you certain a team builder isn't in your items binder when you sort by new?

If you really don't have it in your binder, you will have to open a ticket at help.ea.com.

Im positive I did a snow pack in the store and won it, but then once it showed on my screen it booted me then it was gone - I checked under New and nothing
