Shape shifters “powering down”??

it says the card will be nerfed and powered down at the end of most feared… now what does this mean. 

i assume all the positions will disappear and they remain as a FB or SS?

but will they keep all their stats? these players confuse me and I’m hesitant to spend my candy on tokens… when these shapeshift into the three sets of players EA mentioned, e.g. the FB is reggie giliam, then antonio gates then jason kelce… will they stay 90 everything? will they keep their multiple positions? so fricken confusing… and who do they stay at the end?

i dont care, they are by far the most op cards in the game right now and can both be maxed out for pennies.  one is a 92 speed TE or HB with 92 COD and at least 90 in every stat and the other is a 93 speed edge, user/db with 93 cod and at least 91 in every other stat.  if they stay that way great if not i got a 89 fb 

go buy a bunch of minned out 85 totw, qs for training, roll the 82+ and sell anything over 82, it surprisingly not bad right now, and qs all the 82 mf for candy, you need like 32 for 16 tokens maybe a few more

i actually profited doing this and fully power up both saving all the free tokens for maxx wherever he is hiding

Yeah you get like 2 1/2 weeks of a couple of the most OP players, I wouldn't worry about it too much. It seems like it's pretty easy to max them both and still have plenty of candy for some other stuff .

I've tried them in all positions, but they don't get the TT chemistry anywhere. And yes, I have the first upgrade for team chem.

It says they will turn into 2 NFL players on 11/6 so pretty sure they’ll keep their OVRs and just turn into one player.

How much are the tokens? I think I only have 2 or 3

Ok ty. Everything I've read is it's very worth the candy to upgrade those players. Is that what you think as well?

To me it was very much worth upgrading both shapeshifters AND Shazier. I have one at TE other at SS. The TE is pretty much a glitch. I tried the SS at edge and DT and he couldn't get sheds or pressure with the god stack. I've had more success as a user in the box. JMHO.

Shazier is awesome and the FB is insane as a receiving back who can run!
